The University is uniquely placed within Kazakhstan to draw on technically oriented faculty in other units of KBTU in IT, Economics, Maritime Engineering, Oil and Gas, Chemical Engineering and Digital Media to produce hybrid programs and solutions for business.
They have a dual degree arrangement with Geneva Business School at undergraduate level.
The University offers EMBA in Oil and Gas offers a dual degree with EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University), Russian Federation.
The graduate students take a class from the Harvard Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness designed by the global strategy guru Michael Porter and taught in KBTU Business School under license from Harvard University.
The University has exchange agreements with Kozminski University in Poland, Reading University in the UK, Boston University in the USA and EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain as well as Soongsil and Sejong Universities in Korea and APUTI and the Technological University in Malaysia.
The team of faculty and administrators have come together from the UK, Australia, Canada, the USA and Kazakhstan to support the development of the economy and society by stimulating a high technology, entrepreneurial future for the Republic.
